Clearly I got fed up with the nighttime colour scheme...
THAT'S ALL FOR NOW, FOLKS!!
Stay tuned for issue 2 in about 4 months. In the meantime, I'll be using my tumblr a lot more frequently, posting art from the development of the comic and for the next issue.
Thanks so much for reading, see you next time! :)
@Guest: I am aware of the problems with using SWF files, and I know that the fact that my book can't be read on an ipad is problematic. However, there is not yet a new file format available out there that can do what I need it to do - GIF unfortunately won't work for the book, and nothing else has risen up to take the place of Flash. So for the time being I'm sticking with SWF and looking out for something else that will work instead. So sorry for the inconvenience!
I've started an indiegogo campaign to raise money for the completion of the next two issues. I want to hire someone to help with the colouring and backgrounds. Without the funding, it's going to be hard for me to do the comic at all and if it happens, it almost definitely will take longer than four months.
If you like this comic and want to see more of it, PLEASE consider donating. http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/moth-animated-webcomic-issues-2-and-3/x/3230611
@fox: Check the news for the comic on the homepage. As a result of the indiegogo campaign Moth will come back November 30.
FOUR MONTHS~? Q.Q T^T T^T T^T
Four months is an awfully long time qnq But this comic is definitely one worth waiting for
F-four months?!? And I just found this comic too, was hoping for a long archive to cruise through. But I'll be sticking around, this comic is amazing so far
why does this guy make me feel sad? He's part of Taylor's backstory, right, so why does his introduction make me feel really sad? I sure hope he doesn't pull a dead. He seems like a nice dude.
Just read all of this! It's so interesting. I love your little bits of animation. It's a cool thing to see.
Can you make this work for iPad?
Even Adobe is leaving Flash behind
Wow! This is very interesting! I will definitely be checking up on this comic ;) Can't wait for more! :D
Really enjoying this <3
Stumbled on this via your ad on my site, and have to say you caught my attention and I dug through the whole archive in one sitting. Looking forward to some more in a few months. Cheers.
Love this! Especially your art style! And your plot so far is really interesting!! Aww, 2 more months? Welp, be back then!!!
Aww, four months? I just found this via and add and I love it so much. Granted, I barely understand what's happening (I'm terrible with symbolism, that's just my fault), and even still I love it. Can't wait for more.

I'm not an expert on it, but I'm confident that HTML5 is your answer. And you don't have to LEARN HTML5, you should be able to continue working in Flash as before: Do a websearch on "Flash to HTML5" and you'll see LOTS of conversion options, including Google's "Swiffy" convertor...hope this helps!
Congratulations on the unique look, storyline and everything. I really appreciate how much work goes into what you're doing here!
One of the first things I did when I got back from camp was read your comic! I finally understand the mug you made with October and the drawings you showed us of Taylor in your sketchbook. I hope you come back next year so I can talk with you about it!
@Beatrice: I'm so glad you like it :)
I just read through this entire comic, and I absolutely ADORE it! Everything about is just so mysterious, and I can't wait for an update. 4 months IS a little long, but TOTALLY worth it. Keep up the good work :)
AWESOME!!!! Looking forward to the next :D
its been more then 4 months now....
